In the event that a new award needs to be customized due to incorrect information provided, in addition to the cost of re-customization, an administrative fee of £30.3 or $38.31 USD will be charged.

we will be announcing the result of the competition through the contact channel they provide in the enrolment (WhatsApp, WeChat, Line or Email). Participants will have the opportunity to select their desired award package based on their achievements and need.
